Regional Partner Manager
Manages and expands regional channel partnerships for a business communications platform, recruiting, onboarding, and enabling telecom partners, consultants, VARs, and agencies. Requires 3–5+ years of channel account management experience and a proven record of exceeding sales and pipeline goals.

Responsibilities
- Manage existing partners and recruit and onboard new regional partnerships to drive indirect sales in the designated territory.
- Manage telecom partners, technology consultants, VARs, and TSDs focused on next-generation business communications.
- Become a subject matter expert on Dialpad products and educate, train, and capture mindshare with partners through presentations, training, and product demonstrations.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing to manage the regional channel pipeline and go-to-market activities that generate incremental revenue.
- Collaborate with partners and the sales team to identify new business opportunities and achieve revenue goals.
- Acquire new customers, uncover market opportunities, and drive market conversation about Dialpad.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of Channel Account Management experience onboarding channel partners for a software company in the enterprise software space.
- Recent experience working for an emerging technology company.
- In-depth knowledge and experience recruiting partners, value-added resellers, and Master/Sub Agencies.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding direct sales goals.
- Demonstrated methodology for prospecting and building a pipeline.
- Sustained overperformance against sales quotas and pipeline goals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence audiences.
- Goal-oriented approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven sales environment.
