Serve as HR Business Partner to managers in G&A, R&D, and GTM organizations. Provide coaching on performance management, employee relations, investigations, organizational effectiveness, and change initiatives while partnering with HR COEs.

What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary HR partner to managers across G&A, R&D, and GTM, providing coaching and guidance on performance management, employee relations, leadership effectiveness, employee development, and organizational challenges. Influence manager decision-making by balancing business objectives, employee experience, and risk, while escalating more complex or strategic matters to the HRBP team as appropriate.
- Lead workplace investigations and employee relations matters, partnering with HRBPs, Legal, and business leaders to ensure consistent, compliant outcomes.
- Build trusted relationships with managers and business leaders by providing practical guidance on organizational effectiveness, talent planning, and change initiatives in partnership with the HRBP team.
- Serve as the primary liaison between assigned managers and HR COEs, coordinating integrated people solutions across Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, HR Operations, Legal, and other partners.
- Analyze people data and workforce trends to identify opportunities, mitigate risk, and make recommendations that support business objectives.
- Support organizational changes, promotions, transfers, reorganizations, and other workforce planning activities in partnership with HRBPs and business leaders.
- Drive HR programs and cross-functional initiatives that improve manager capability, operational excellence, and the overall employee experience.
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve efficiency, and enhance HR service delivery through continuous improvement.
- Ensure HR recommendations, documentation, and actions are aligned with company policies, employment practices, and organizational standards.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including experience partnering directly with people managers on performance management, employee relations, coaching, and organizational effectiveness.
- Experience partnering directly with managers on performance management, coaching, employee relations, investigations, and organizational challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and influence leaders across multiple business functions.
- Strong understanding of employment practices and HR best practices with sound judgment when navigating sensitive employee matters.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Collaborative mindset with experience working across HR Centers of Excellence and cross-functional teams.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace; Workday experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve productivity, enhance decision-making, automate routine work, and elevate the strategic impact of the HRBP function.
- A continuous improvement mindset with a proactive, customer-focused approach and a willingness to take ownership of challenges.
