About the role
Responsibilities
Own interview scheduling and coordination across the talent team
Coordinate candidate logistics across recruiter screens, technical interviews, onsite interviews, final rounds, and offer processes
Manage communication with candidates throughout the interview process
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure interviews are scheduled quickly and accurately
Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and recruiting systems
Track candidate progress, feedback status, interviewer availability, and process bottlenecks
Ensure every candidate has a high-touch, professional, and responsive experience
Help prepare interviewers with the right context, scorecards, resumes, and scheduling details
Support recruiting operations including calendar management, interview loop setup, candidate follow-ups, offer process coordination, recruiting reports, and process documentation
Help improve recruiting workflows, templates, systems, and internal coordination processes
Support the talent team with ad hoc projects as the company scales
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, people operations, executive assistance, operations, or another highly organized coordination-heavy role
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage many moving pieces at once without dropping details
Comfort working with calendars, scheduling, spreadsheets, ATS systems, and recruiting tools
High responsiveness and strong follow-through
Strong judgment when communicating with candidates, interviewers, and internal teams
Ability to operate in a fast-moving startup environment
