Supports legal team with research on US/international regulations, compliance tracking, contract processes, and efficiency tools. Collaborates cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering while reporting to General Counsel. Requires bachelor's degree and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities
- Track and forecast changes in the law in applicable jurisdictions
- Report on pertinent regulations and their effect on our business and products and those of our customers
- Assist in-house counsel in contracting processes
- Research and schedule legal education for in-house counsel
- Enthusiastically collaborate with cross-functional teams including but not limited to Sales, Marketing and Engineering
- Maintain awareness of industry best practices for efficiency as it relates to your role, including identifying and using new technology and tools
- Adhere to policies, guidelines and procedures pertaining to the protection of information assets
- Report actual or suspected security and/or policy violations/breaches to an appropriate authority
