Responsibilities
- Become an expert in Ramp’s integration and configuration options and drive efficient, thorough onboarding of new customers at scale.
- Own micro-SMB and SMB accounts 1:1, ensuring they fully onboard onto Ramp within 60 days.
- Balance priorities and multiple tasks supporting implementation, follow-up, and proactive outreach.
- Partner with the Product team to surface, review, and prioritize customer feedback and pain points.
- Identify opportunities to automate and scale the onboarding process to cover more clients.
- Help maintain an industry-leading customer satisfaction rate.
- Grow, develop, and learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, customer success, or product operations in a B2B organization.
- Exceptional project management and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Desire for ownership and growth in the role over time.
- Proven track record of meeting weekly or monthly KPIs.
- Experience owning a high-volume book of business of 100+ customers at a time.
- Ability to anticipate customers’ needs and position product solutions accordingly.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with accounting software such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage.

- Salary: CAD 138,000–189,000 annually.
