Lead AI Deployment Architect
Leads customer-facing architecture and deployment of scalable enterprise AI solutions integrated with Process Intelligence and automation. The role combines technical delivery, executive stakeholder alignment, customer enablement, and collaboration with Product and Engineering.

Responsibilities
- Architect, prototype, develop, deploy, and scale end-to-end AI solutions tailored to customer needs using Python, LLM-based architectures such as retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and machine learning models.
- Present the Celonis AI value proposition to C-level stakeholders and align Process Intelligence capabilities with enterprise AI strategies.
- Identify high-impact AI use cases and package them into scalable, repeatable offerings, including through the Machine Learning Workbench.
- Define and execute technical roadmaps for AI Lighthouse customers from pilot through production and value realization.
- Represent customer technical needs when collaborating with Product and Engineering on AI Agents and automation capabilities.
- Train internal teams on AI deployment best practices and share customer success stories.
- Design enterprise deployments integrating AI, Process Intelligence, and Automation across complex IT landscapes.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience in analytical roles involving business data analysis, business process improvement, or software deployment, ideally in customer-facing consulting or business software/SaaS environments.
- Proven experience developing enterprise AI solutions, with successful real-world use cases.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, collaboration, and architectural skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with production-level acceptance testing and end-to-end solution delivery.
- Ability to select appropriate AI technologies for customer problems and design scalable, extensible solutions.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Econometrics, or a related field.
