Responsibilities
Pre-Sales
- Design deployment roadmaps and implementation strategies aligned with customer maturity.
- Estimate project timelines, team structures, and professional services effort for commercial proposals.
- Partner with Account Executives and Value Engineers to translate business cases into deployment plans.
- Draft Statements of Work defining scope, deliverables, assumptions, and acceptance criteria.
- Align client expectations with operational feasibility and prevent scope creep.
Post-Sales Delivery
- Lead hands-on implementation of Celonis solutions for enterprise customers across Iberia and LATAM.
- Lead junior consultants and collaborate with AI, product, and functional experts.
- Conduct business discovery workshops and translate strategic objectives into Celonis use cases.
- Define project scope, data requirements, and success criteria with IT and business stakeholders.
- Ensure data connectivity and extraction pipelines are configured.
- Direct AI deployment agents to build data models, process analyses, KPIs, dashboards, operational solutions, and AI-powered insights.
- Validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, business relevance, and alignment with customer context.
- Build and configure solutions across the Process Intelligence Graph, data transformations, process analysis, and operational solutions.
- Identify process inefficiencies and root causes in collaboration with customers.
- Lead value creation workshops, define improvement measures, and quantify business impact.
- Design and build operational solutions that drive adoption and improve process conformance.
Rollout, Adoption, and Handover
- Enable customer users to independently use and extend solutions.
- Manage outcomes against timelines, scope, and customer expectations.
- Train and demonstrate solutions to customer users.
- Document solution designs, decisions, and configurations for handoff and future reference.
Domain and Industry Expertise
- Develop expertise in process domains such as Supply Chain, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and IT Service Management, or in industry verticals.
- Translate domain knowledge into scalable solution patterns, reference architectures, and best practices.
- Identify and standardize high-value use cases and collaborate with Product and Business Apps teams on the platform roadmap.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in management or IT consulting, data or solution consulting, or process improvement consulting within software vendors, consulting firms, or system integrators.
- Consulting pre-sales experience.
- Experience with complex IT or SAP transformations and process optimization.
- Technical capability in PQL, SQL, and Python.
- Comfort using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor.
- Ability to write precise specifications, evaluate AI-generated outputs, and iterate effectively.
- Strong understanding or deep expertise in enterprise business processes and financial metrics.
- Knowledge of standard ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle and process areas including Inventory Management, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Accounts Payable is preferred.
- Prompt engineering or context engineering experience is a plus.
- Ability to ensure AI-generated solutions are robust, user-friendly, maintainable, and scalable.
- Ability to lead consultants and collaborate cross-functionally with customer, product, and specialist teams.
