Requirements
9+ years of experience in designing and building large-scale user-facing systems in production.
3+ years of experience in managing and leading teams building lean mission-critical, highly concurrent, high-throughput, low-latency systems that power user interfaces.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Strong hands-on skills with the ability to drill deep into complex system design and implementation on a routine basis.
BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or related majors, or equivalent experience.
