- Interface between engineering, design, marketing, and leadership
- Metric ownership for activation, retention, ARPU, and NPS targets
How you work

- Strong design taste to evaluate flows and articulate why one is better
- Strong writing skills for specs, decision memos, and post-mortems
Requirements
- 8+ years in product management with shipping experience in both larger companies (mature surfaces, scale, cross-functional rigor) and small/early-stage companies (0→1 ownership, P&L)
- Strong written communicator with short, testable, unambiguous PRDs and exec updates
- Either 3+ years in consumer financial services (fintech, wealth, neobank, brokerage, lending, or insurance) with understanding of RIA/BD/custody/regulatory constraints, OR 3+ years in highly competitive direct-to-consumer SaaS (consumer product, growth, distribution, rapid iteration)
- AI-product experience (nice to have): shipped LLM-backed, agentic, or assistive AI features in consumer or financial products with measurable metrics
- Quantitative fluency (nice to have): ability to pull own data, read retention curves and funnels, partner on complex modeling
