Senior Product Manager
Senior Product Manager on the Protect team building AI voice technology for deepfake/fraud detection and conversational voice AI agents. Lead product vision, customer discovery with telecom operators, ruthless prioritization, and hands-on execution with engineering/research teams. Requires startup/consulting experience, technical background, and AI curiosity.

Responsibilities
- Talk extensively to customers (telecom operators) to understand their needs and motivations.
- Form a product vision to solve customer and user problems.
- Prioritize ruthlessly, communicate decisions clearly to team, customers, and stakeholders.
- Work closely with Engineering to execute vision, set priorities, prototype ideas, and occasionally create PRs.
- Collaborate with Research team to prioritize model training roadmap.
- Partner with Revenue team to uncover needs, price products, and support customer-facing meetings/events.
- Work with Legal to understand regulatory impacts on products.
- Collaborate with Finance on product economics, business cases, and investment decisions.
- Own products end-to-end, transforming uncertainty into clarity, connecting dots, and executing vision.
- Use AI tools at the core of your workflow to multiply speed and quality.
Requirements
- At least one of: product management experience at a venture-backed startup, founder/early employee close to product in a startup, or management consultant (MBB) with demonstrated tech experience.
- Technical background either by education or professional experience.
- Strong sense of urgency that you instill in others.
- Excitement about building AI solutions impacting millions in daily communications.
- Comfort with ambiguity, autonomy, and knowing when to seek help.
- High curiosity, quick learner not afraid to try new things.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $188,000 - $218,000 (determined by role scope, skills, experience, location, and market data).
