Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical thought partner to the partnerships team, providing technical expertise on the partner landscape, driving strategic programs, and identifying opportunities to deepen partner technical capabilities.
- Embed with global and regional system integrator (GSI/RSI) and cloud partner technical teams to enable AI practices, support troubleshooting, promote Anthropic within developer communities, and act as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with partners to identify high-value, industry-specific GenAI applications.
- Develop joint solutions and codify reference architectures and best practices to accelerate deployment.
- Support strategic customer deals where partners are the primary delivery vehicle by providing technical expertise and solution architecture guidance.
- Represent Anthropic at partner events, including GSI customer workshops, AWS summits, and industry conferences.
- Lead or support partner developer events, hackathons, and technical enablement sessions.
- Gather product feedback related to partner use cases and deployment patterns and share it with relevant teams to inform product strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing or partner-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Partner Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
- Track record of partnering successfully with GSIs and/or cloud providers to solve complex technical challenges from solution design through customer delivery.
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills across C-suite executives, engineering teams, IT teams, and other stakeholders.
- Strong presentation and technical communication skills, including the ability to translate requirements between technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with common LLM frameworks and tools, or a background in machine learning or data science.
- Ability to collaborate across organizations, work through trade-offs, and balance competing priorities.
- Interest in teaching, mentoring, and helping others succeed.
- Passion for using technology creatively, safely, and beneficially to advance safe AI systems.
