Account Manager

Manages and grows restaurant partner relationships through retention, business reviews, issue resolution, and expansion opportunities. The role requires at least three years of client-facing experience, analytical ability, and CRM experience, with a primarily in-person schedule in Austin.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with restaurant partners.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention, and hold periodic business reviews.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts, including upselling and cross-selling products or services.
  • Act as a trusted partner and subject matter expert to existing and future restaurant partners.
  • Understand partner needs and business objectives, then identify and implement solutions that drive value and success.
  • Liaise between partners and internal teams, including Product, Support, and Engineering, to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and new product offerings.
  • Track and update partner communications in Salesforce in real time.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in client-facing relationship management, operations, or support, preferably in hospitality, fintech, or SaaS.
  • Strong interest in innovative technology and data-driven decision-making.
  • Analytical skills involving market trends, partner performance, and competitor analysis.
  • Experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow, or other CRM tools.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience working in or with restaurants or food-related entities or clients.
  • Experience in a startup environment.

Work Environment

  • Primarily in-person work at the company's office in Austin, Texas.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary: $85,000 annually.
