Partner Director, ANZ
Leads strategic services partnerships in Australia from contract signature through onboarding, enablement, solution development, and commercial activation. Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day relationships with signed services partners in Australia across enablement, solutioning, and go-to-market execution.
- Drive partner onboarding across sales training, technical enablement, security and provisioning, and support operations.
- Ensure partner readiness to deploy and resell solutions through shared project plans, milestone tracking, and joint QBRs.
- Orchestrate co-developed solutions, including use-case definition, demo assets, and localized technical documentation.
- Monitor partner performance, identify risks, and lead remediation or acceleration plans.
- Coordinate with Sales, Solution Engineering, Enablement, Operations, Customer Success, and Marketing.
- Establish operational rhythms for roadmap briefings, asset distribution, and sales enablement refreshes.
- Ensure compliance with partnership agreements, commercial terms, staffing commitments, and reporting cadences.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in alliances, partner success, or sales within enterprise software or systems integration environments.
- Experience with partner onboarding and activation, ideally involving hyperscale cloud or enterprise SaaS vendors, consulting firms, systems integrators, or technology consultants.
- Strong program management skills across multiple workstreams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Familiarity with the Australian enterprise ecosystem and local and global partner teams.
- Experience in an early-stage, high-growth environment where partnership programs are being built.
- Ability to influence without authority and drive urgency with empathy.
- Native-level fluency in English.
