Own marketing reporting, campaign operations, lifecycle programs, and marketing technology for a SaaS organization. The role requires strong Salesforce, Marketo, BI, and SQL expertise, plus cross-functional leadership and partner management.

Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end marketing reporting and analytics, including dashboards, funnel models, KPI frameworks, and attribution reporting.
- Build and maintain dashboards and funnel/attribution models in Salesforce and Hex.
- Partner with Data Engineering and Revenue Operations to define reporting requirements and support a reliable marketing data model.
- Handle complex and ad hoc reporting requests; write, QA, and debug SQL queries.
- Build self-service reporting for marketing stakeholders.
- Lead lifecycle workflow and nurture campaign strategy with Demand Generation.
- Own campaign operations, including audience segmentation, list management, Marketo campaign builds, landing pages, forms, tagging, naming, and UTM conventions.
- Maintain process documentation and enable the broader team.
- Manage the marketing operations agency relationship, including priorities, deliverable QA, timelines, and handoffs.
- Own campaign production stages and handoffs, including lead handoff to sales; identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Lead email and database hygiene, deliverability, compliance, subscription management, and send-calendar governance.
Requirements
- Marketing operations experience in a SaaS startup environment, with ownership of reporting and analytics.
- Deep proficiency with Salesforce and Marketo or comparable marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Strong understanding of CRM data structures and architecture.
- High fluency with BI tools such as Hex, Looker, or Omni.
- Strong SQL skills, including writing, QA, and debugging queries.
- Experience building reporting frameworks or dashboards used for business decisions.
- Strong analytical, communication, cross-functional collaboration, project management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage external partners and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
