Responsibilities
- Own and shape the architecture and product development of Employment Products, with a focus on Global Expansion.
- Build scalable products end to end and define and deliver projects ranging from small to large scale.
- Establish roadmaps, define milestones, and drive execution and outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in India and globally.
- Lead engineering teams, mentor developers, and guide technical decisions and reviews.
- Communicate effectively with distributed teams and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8–15 years of total experience across individual contributor and managerial roles.
- At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role.
- Approximately 7–8 years of prior individual contributor experience.
- Experience leading engineering teams and mentoring developers.
- Hands-on experience building scalable products end to end.
- Strong product-building mindset and experience defining and delivering projects.
- Strong understanding of technology sufficient to guide and review engineering work.
- Strong stakeholder collaboration, coordination, execution, roadmap planning, and communication skills.
