Own contributor acquisition funnels from sourcing through onboarding and first task completion, while managing recruiting partners, optimizing conversion, and coordinating technical talent pipelines. The role requires strong recruiting operations, funnel analytics, sourcing, and independent execution.

Responsibilities
Funnel Ownership
- Own active and evergreen job funnels end-to-end, from posting through the first completed task.
- Track conversion at every funnel stage, identify drop-off points, and implement fixes.
- Support AI interview gates and fast tracks, ensuring they run smoothly and convert qualified candidates.
- Build and own the intake-to-execution process for new sourcing requests.
Sourcing & Partnerships
- Manage relationships with BPOs and external sourcing partners; evaluate quality, negotiate terms, and hold partners accountable to targets.
- Write and manage evergreen job postings across LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
- Test non-conventional sourcing channels, including communities, academic partnerships, and niche forums.
Quality & Coordination
- Verify the quality of incoming recruits and ensure project headcount targets are met.
- Work with recruiters to prioritize open roles and coordinate execution.
- Collaborate with the Community team to define high-quality recruits and build upstream screening processes.
Requirements
- Experience in recruiting operations, workforce planning, or growth operations, with ownership of a pipeline and performance targets.
- Strong operational and process-building skills.
- Data-driven approach to funnel metrics and systematic problem-solving.
- Strong execution skills and comfort working independently in ambiguous environments.
- Creative sourcing approach beyond standard job boards.
- Excellent written communication skills, including job postings and sourcing messages.
Nice to Have
- Experience managing BPO or external sourcing partnerships.
- Familiarity with AI interview tools or automated screening workflows.
- Ability to build dashboards and independently identify funnel conversion issues.
- Exposure to technical recruiting, including STEM, software engineering, or ML/AI.
- Experience with gig or freelance platform supply-side operations.
- Interest in AI and model training.
