Account Executive, Mid-Market
The Mid-Market Account Executive will source, manage, and close net-new and upsell revenue across North America, partnering with SDRs and engaging product leaders, marketers, and developers. The role requires at least four years of software sales experience and a demonstrated record of quota attainment.

- Manage and drive net-new and upsell revenue in a strategic territory.
- Generate and maintain an active pipeline of sales opportunities.
- Identify ideal customer profiles and buyer personas.
- Qualify inbound leads and generate outbound leads.
- Lead discovery and pricing calls, plus high-level platform demos.
- Identify partner and marketing opportunities to support revenue growth.
- Evangelize the product to prospective and existing clients.
Requirements
- 4+ years of software sales experience.
- Knowledge of regional accounts, including culture, companies, and currency considerations.
- Demonstrated success hitting and exceeding a sales quota.
- Strong collaboration skills.
- Excellent attention to detail in tracking opportunities, success, and customer follow-up.
- Competitive team spirit and a growth mindset.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Martech, customer experience, mobile SDKs, JavaScript, or messaging.

Compensation and Benefits
- New York and California base salary: $100,000–$120,000.
- Expected on-target earnings: $190,000–$210,000 per year.
