- Troubleshoot and solve complex problems.

Requirements
- Recent graduate with less than 12 months of full-time work experience, or a 2025 or 2026 graduate with full-time availability.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- User-first mindset and enthusiasm for solving difficult problems.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in learning about technical products and processes.
- Organized, self-starting, and passionate about finding solutions to user challenges.
