What you’ll do
- Own the consumer marketing strategy: audience, ICP, positioning, naming, messaging. Build it from the customer out.
- Run acquisition end to end: plan campaigns, pick channels, build ads, drive installs.
- Own app store presence: listings, ASO, and the full path from discovery to download.
- Build social + community presence: decide on and execute channels like TikTok, influencers, Reddit.
- Own growth fundamentals: MAU, retention, acquisition, CAC. Test, iterate, and optimize.
- Shape pricing and packaging with the product team using acquisition and retention data.
- Translate consumer wins into proof points for mobile network operator partnerships and participate in partner conversations.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering on roadmap and launches; build the consumer marketing playbook from scratch.
Qualities that will make you successful
- Experience in consumer marketing, specifically owning B2C/app marketing with a customer-out approach.
- Full-stack and scrappy: able to handle strategy through execution without handoffs; prefer shipping and testing quickly.
- Strong ownership mindset: set the agenda, make decisions, and own results.
- Expertise in app growth: ASO, mobile channels, lifecycle marketing, and metrics (MAU, retention, CAC).
- Channel builder with taste: point of view on social, community, and influencer marketing with hands-on execution ability.
- Bilingual in B2C and B2B: able to translate consumer insights into operator-facing conversations.
- Sharp storyteller: turn technical capabilities into relatable consumer benefits.
- Curious and experimental with AI tools to accelerate work while maintaining quality.
- Comfortable representing the company at events and in customer-facing settings.
Compensation & Benefits
Base compensation: $146500-$175000 (factors include skills, experience, job scope, location, and market data).
