What you'll do
Be the person our customers trust when the stakes are high. Live in their slack channels and meet them at their desks.
Build POCs to unblock deals and accelerate time-to-value
Own design partnerships with end users to shape the product roadmap
Develop deep understanding of each customer's use case and business objectives, and be their greatest internal advocate
Define and improve the playbooks, processes, and tooling that will let us scale what works
Own the onboarding story, keeping documentation high quality and understanding our users' greatest friction points
