Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with Formal's business objectives and target audiences
- Build marketing campaigns (including in-person events, digital events, social/PR, customer marketing) to drive sales pipeline and acquire new customers
- Create and maintain product positioning and messaging that differentiates Formal in the market
- Produce high-quality marketing collateral, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and sales enablement materials
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and refine pitch decks, demo scripts, and other sales tools
- Plan and execute product launches, ensuring all teams are aligned and prepared
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide insights on how to optimize ROI, strategies, and tactics
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity industries
- Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing complex technical products
- Strong understanding of data security, compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA), and cloud technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling messages for various audiences
- Experience working with sales teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies and sales enablement materials
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decision-making and measure marketing impact
- Collaborative spirit with the ability to work effectively across different teams and stakeholders
