About the role

Responsibilities

  • Set positioning and messaging for Hilbert, and carry it through every new product launch
  • Own go-to-market strategy and customer communications for updates
  • Own end-to-end product marketing efforts including external communications, messaging, and launch strategy
  • Build and run Hilbert's content engine: podcast, thought leadership, case studies, and marketing materials
  • Plan and run events that put Hilbert in front of the operators and enterprises who need us most
  • Partner directly with the founding team and GTM leaders on go-to-market strategy, pricing, and market research
  • Set the brand voice and keep it consistent across every touchpoint
  • Develop repeatable marketing systems, content cadence, and measurement as the function scales
  • Build and lead a marketing team as Hilbert grows, and shape the function's roadmap from here

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing with experience supporting enterprise customers
  • Owned marketing broadly: positioning, messaging, pricing, launches
  • Can work with a technical, data-heavy product
  • Understand product marketing fundamentals and communicate with clarity
  • Experience running product launches and marketing strategies, ideally at a fast-moving product or technology company
  • Genuine passion for shaping the future of work with AI, a growth mindset, and a scrappy, high-ownership approach to getting things done
