Senior Connectivity Partner Manager
Manages strategic API connectivity partnerships across Southeast Asia and India, driving onboarding, integration, commercial growth, and partner performance. Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of Airbnb’s key API connectivity partners and serve as their primary representative.
- Develop and execute win-win partnership strategies that drive commercial value and growth across distribution channels.
- Build executive relationships and ensure commercial agreements and service-level agreements are met.
- Use data to identify opportunities, launch pilots, and drive sales growth.
- Conduct business reviews, QBRs, and formal internal and external presentations.
- Educate partners on product updates and communicate feedback to internal stakeholders.
- Prospect, onboard, and optimize API partners, including technical integration and host/listing growth.
- Achieve quarterly goals related to KPIs, feature adoption, and supply acquisition.
- Understand integrations across Property Management Systems, Channel Managers, and Central Reservation Systems.
- Collaborate with Product, Tech Support, Regional Sales, Revenue Operations, Legal, Marketing, and Sales Operations teams.
- Represent Airbnb at external meetings and industry events.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in key accounts, connectivity, or technical partner management at a global technology or hospitality technology company.
- Strong account management experience and a track record of growing successful partnerships.
- Experience in hospitality technology, OTA specifications, and API integrations preferred.
- Experience developing and executing sales and marketing initiatives with external partners.
- Strong quantitative and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Cross-functional experience with product, technology, legal, marketing, sales operations, and enablement teams.
- Excellent time management, prioritization, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders.
- Solid operating experience and local knowledge in Southeast Asia and India.
- Passion for Airbnb, travel, and the sharing economy; Airbnb hosting experience is a plus.
