Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field, such as Computer Science or Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of software engineering experience.
- 7+ years of backend engineering experience.
- Strong expertise building microservices products using Java, Spring Framework, JPA, and Hibernate.
- Experience building cloud-native distributed systems.
- Generalist experience across backend engineering, DevOps, and cloud infrastructure.
- Ability to analyze and design complex software.
- Experience building scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems.
- Experience building cloud-native software in the Kubernetes ecosystem and on hyperscalers such as AWS.
- Deep understanding of modern engineering practices, including Git strategy, CI/CD, and testing.
- Customer-focused, problem-solving mindset and ability to learn quickly without close supervision.
- Collaborative team spirit.
Nice to Have
- Experience building data pipelines with Databricks, ETL, and Apache Spark.
- Experience with relational databases, especially PostgreSQL.
