Product Manager

The Product Manager will define enterprise client problems, design AI-assisted prototypes, author detailed specifications, and lead platform initiatives through delivery. The role requires 3+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS product management experience, strong client communication, and fluency with AI tools.

Responsibilities

Problem Definition & Discovery

  • Translate client feedback, support signals, and market inputs into structured problem statements.
  • Gather, validate, and prioritize requirements with enterprise clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Run client-facing discovery sessions and product demos.
  • Evaluate features and enhancements against platform strategy and business value.

Solution Design & Delivery

  • Own solutions from problem statement through development-ready specifications.
  • Design and build interactive prototypes and UI mockups using AI-assisted tooling.
  • Validate prototypes with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Author specifications covering edge cases, error states, configuration defaults, and system details.
  • Drive initiatives through product development, quality gates, solution readbacks, and release governance.
  • Manage priorities and communicate trade-offs across stakeholders.

AI-Native Ways of Working

  • Use AI tools for research, requirements authoring, analysis, prototyping, client communication, acceptance criteria, and test-case generation.
  • Contribute shared AI skills, prompts, and workflows to improve product-team productivity.

Platform & Stakeholder Leadership

  • Manage an area of the product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with product managers and leaders on platform initiatives.
  • Drive adoption of platform capabilities with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build domain expertise with internal teams and industry partners.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product management experience in enterprise B2B SaaS.
  • Experience planning, developing, refining, and launching enterprise software products with engineering teams.
  • Hands-on fluency with AI tools across the product workflow, including research, prototyping, requirements, acceptance criteria, and test-case generation.
  • Experience managing client-facing interactions and product demos.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, make difficult trade-offs, and deliver against a roadmap.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced agile environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Financial services experience, including wealth management, lending, banking, or capital markets.
  • Experience working in regulated environments with compliance implications.
  • Experience collaborating with globally distributed engineering or product teams across time zones.
