ABM Programs Manager, Strategic Accounts
This role designs and executes personalized 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs for strategic accounts, partnering closely with sales to drive engagement and pipeline. It requires substantial B2B marketing experience, strong account-level strategy, multi-channel execution, and expertise in ABM measurement.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 1:1 and 1:few account-based marketing (ABM) plans for strategic accounts, including account selection, tiering, insight-driven strategy, personalized assets, multi-channel orchestration, and measurement.
- Partner with sales leadership, account executives, SDRs, and marketing teams to identify target accounts, decision-makers, influencers, and buying committees.
- Plan and execute direct mail, personalized landing pages, digital campaigns, custom virtual events, content syndication, webinars, email campaigns, and digital advertising.
- Create account-specific content and messaging that reflects each account’s business context and buying-committee makeup.
- Define, track, and report ABM success measures with marketing operations, including account-sourced pipeline, engagement, buying-committee coverage, engagement lift, sales adoption, and program execution quality.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to optimize targeting, messaging, channel mix, and resource allocation.
- Manage budgets and resources across direct mail, events, syndication, and digital programs.
- Stay current with ABM tools, personalization platforms, intent data, and content syndication providers.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 6+ years with a master’s degree.
- Meaningful experience in account-based marketing, field marketing, demand generation, or strategic account programs.
- Experience building and running 1:1 or 1:few ABM programs, including account selection, personalized content, campaign development, and multi-channel orchestration.
- Understanding of ABM impact measurement and attribution for account-based, multi-touch programs.
- Experience working directly with sales leadership and account executives on account strategy and shared pipeline goals.
- Familiarity with ABM platforms and account intelligence tools within a B2B SaaS marketing and sales technology stack.
- Ability to evaluate account intent, buying-committee dynamics, sales priorities, channel performance, and available resources.
- Strong influence without authority, revenue-first thinking, account-level strategic thinking, execution discipline, and cross-functional orchestration.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $115,000.00–$155,000.00 USD annually.
- Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission plan and stock options.
