Role Scope
Own employee relations across the company: investigations, conflict resolution, and policy questions handled fast and fairly.
- Run investigations end to end with documentation that stands up to legal review.
- Coach managers through performance and conduct issues before they escalate.
- Track ER patterns and fix the root cause, whether it is a policy, a manager, or a process.
What We're Looking For
- You've owned employee relations at a growing company and run investigations solo.
- Your documentation has survived legal scrutiny.
- You deliver hard messages with care and keep trust on both sides.
- You spot the pattern behind repeat cases and act on it.
- Bonus: Employment law background. Multi-state experience. Field or operations workforce ER. Manager training design.
