Agency Sales Executive

Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle for new agency partnerships, from prospecting through activation and growth.
- Build relationships with agency leadership, media planners, and buyers.
- Develop qualified pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting, inbound demand, referrals, and industry events.
- Lead consultative discovery to understand agency client mix, media planning processes, and channel strategy.
- Deliver tailored platform demonstrations addressing agency workflows and client performance goals.
- Advise agencies on Connected TV, performance marketing, and ways to differentiate their client offering.
- Grow agency partnerships by activating new brands and client teams across agency rosters.
- Partner with the Agency Partner Manager on onboarding and scaling client accounts.
- Navigate multiple agency stakeholders to establish MNTN as a repeatable media channel.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM records using Salesforce, AI, and sales tools.
- Share competitive insights, agency feedback, and market trends to improve go-to-market strategy and partner programs.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a full-cycle closing role selling into or working within agencies in Connected TV, paid social, search, AdTech, MarTech, SaaS, or another consultative B2B environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business quotas, ideally with agency or channel partner accounts.
- Familiarity with agency structures and media planning and buying decisions across client rosters.
- Strong prospecting skills and discipline in building pipeline through outbound, inbound follow-up, and account mapping.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with agency practitioners and senior stakeholders.
- Experience using Salesforce, sales engagement platforms, AI tools, and modern sales technology.
- Deep understanding of digital advertising, media buying, and direct-response performance marketing.
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate agency challenges into business outcomes.
- Analytical, data-driven operating style.
- Ability to navigate complex, longer sales cycles and help shape a scaling partner program.
