Responsibilities

  • Support and develop the EMEA Outbound Business Development Representative team.
  • Contribute to revenue growth and help the team achieve individual and collective goals.
  • Support the broader EMEA sales strategy.
  • Coach, develop, and empower team members while fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.
  • Analyze sales metrics, trends, and performance data to identify patterns and insights that drive strategic decisions.
  • Forecast accurately and support team development.
  • Build a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other internal partners to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Manage complex internal ecosystems and build strong cross-functional partnerships.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of people management experience.
  • 2+ years of recent B2B sales experience.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving quota.
  • Strong understanding of modern sales cycles, gained through hands-on sales experience.
  • Ability to analyze sales metrics, trends, and performance data.
  • Strong mentoring and coaching skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with flexibility and agility.
