Key Responsibilities
- Establish best practices for information architecture to ensure consistent user experience across expanded product offerings.
- Design best-in-class experiences spanning patient, provider, and growth products, including iterating on existing features and creating new ones.
- Drive qualitative user research by building prototypes, conducting interviews, and creating surveys.
- Grow and maintain the design system, managing the component library for efficiency and consistency.
- Help build a design culture focused on quality, craft, and excellent patient/provider experiences.
