The Recruiter will build and close technical talent pipelines in a high-growth environment, using AI-enabled workflows and data-driven market insights. The role requires 5+ years of recruiting experience, strong technical assessment ability, and excellent candidate and hiring-manager communication.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit exceptional candidates using an AI-enabled recruiting workflow for sourcing, research, interview preparation, note-taking, and pipeline reporting.
  • Develop a written point of view for each search, including the target profile, source companies, and prospective candidates.
  • Own résumé reviews, prescreens, and technical or competency-based evaluations.
  • Manage offers and close finalists effectively.
  • Deliver a fast, responsive candidate experience with timely decisions.
  • Advise hiring managers on search scope, compensation bands, talent availability, market data, and funnel performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience in a high-growth environment.
  • Experience using large language models for recruiting research, outreach, call summaries, funnel analysis, or related workflows.
  • Proven ability to independently qualify, screen, progress, and close technical candidates.
  • Sufficient technical depth to hold credible conversations with engineers and assess genuine ownership of technical work; coding experience is not required.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ownership mentality, comfort with ambiguity, and a bias toward action.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Ashby, Greenhouse, Gem, or Juicebox.
  • Experience scaling recruiting at an early-stage company.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $120,000–$160,000.
