Senior Account Executive, Select Accounts
Owns strategic enterprise accounts across renewals, expansions, and net-new sales while managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals. The role requires proven six- and seven-figure SaaS sales experience, executive relationship building, MEDDPICC proficiency, and independent territory strategy.

Responsibilities
- Build and execute account plans connecting Mixpanel’s capabilities to customer business priorities.
- Develop multi-threaded relationships from practitioner level through the C-suite.
- Run regular business reviews, surface growth opportunities, and support customer value realization.
- Forecast accurately and maintain clean pipeline data in Salesforce.
- Identify and close expansion opportunities, including new teams, products, and upgraded tiers.
- Prospect and close net-new logos from a named target list.
- Run a disciplined sales process using MEDDPICC.
- Partner with Solutions Engineers on demonstrations and proofs of concept.
- Build pipeline through self-generated outbound, BDR, channel partner, and inbound channels.
- Collaborate with Customer Success on customer outcomes.
- Bring customer and market insights to Product.
- Contribute to team playbooks and share effective practices.
Requirements
- Track record owning enterprise SaaS accounts across renewals, expansions, and net-new sales.
- Experience closing six- and seven-figure deals with 6–12 month sales cycles.
- Experience building relationships with VP- and C-suite-level stakeholders.
- Experience using MEDDPICC to qualify and manage deals.
- Ability to lead complex, cross-functional deals independently and anticipate risks.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-directed, coachable approach with a willingness to improve territory execution.
- Comfort operating with ambiguity and developing account strategy independently.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for customer meetings, QBRs, and field events.
