Enterprise Account Executive
Own enterprise sales and long-term client relationships for healthcare providers, from proactive pipeline generation through implementation rollouts. The role requires 7–10 years of enterprise sales experience, a Director-level record closing $1M+ ACV deals, and deep healthcare or private equity fluency.

Responsibilities
- Own and scale enterprise healthcare market segments as the General Manager of a book of business.
- Generate pipeline and close enterprise deals through proactive coverage planning, relationship mapping, outreach, and consultative diagnostics.
- Identify provider pain points and build compelling business cases.
- Partner with leadership to refine deal frameworks and balance margin with strategic value and vertical expansion.
- Attend and leverage industry events to develop relationships.
- Serve as the primary relationship owner through implementation and rollout.
- Support pilot implementations and help convert MVP-level implementations into full-scale rollouts.
- Translate customer priorities for internal teams and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients after signing.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of enterprise sales experience.
- Director-level track record of closing deals with at least $1 million ACV.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare private equity landscape and healthcare provider organizations.
- Knowledge of revenue cycle management (RCM) or clinical operations.
- Experience with warm, relationship-driven go-to-market motions.
- Strong strategic judgment in pricing and deal negotiations.
- Full-cycle ownership, including supporting implementation and rollout.
- Proven ability to achieve aggressive ARR targets.
- Exceptional communication skills, including presenting to CFOs and CIOs.
- Collaborative, accountable, adaptable, and customer-focused approach.
