Responsibilities
- Build and drive critical operational processes.
- Own the day-to-day delivery of customer commitments.
- Create effective feedback loops between the frontline, product, strategy, and customers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes for new and existing customers.
- Build and run solutions, tools, and processes for the supply operation funnel.
- Run pilots, tests, and experiments to resolve bottlenecks and improve outcomes.
Requirements
- Advanced English skills.
- 2+ years of industry experience in an operational role and/or at a top-tier consulting firm.
- Undergraduate degree with an analytics-heavy major, such as Engineering or Economics, and/or a graduate degree in Engineering, Economics, or Business.
- Action-oriented mindset with creative problem-solving and strong execution skills.
- Analytical, planning, and process-improvement capabilities.
- Experience reading SQL or demonstrated analytical skills.
