Owns enterprise sales from pipeline development through negotiation and close for financial institutions, fintechs, and digital-asset companies. Requires 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, a strong fraud and compliance network, and consultative selling expertise.

Responsibilities
- Cultivate relationships with executives in Business, Technology, Risk, and Compliance.
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand prospective clients’ challenges, initiatives, technology stacks, and strategic priorities.
- Establish credibility and thought leadership in digital transformation, digital identity, compliance, and fraud.
- Become an authority on Sardine’s product offering and align solutions with clients’ business and technology challenges.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes, including outbound strategy, opportunity qualification, presentations and demonstrations, negotiations, contracting, and closing.
- Collaborate with Growth, BDR, Solutions Engineering, and other cross-functional teams.
- Provide market feedback from prospects and clients.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
- 3+ years of success selling to Tier 1 financial institutions, fintechs, and neobanks; fraud and compliance expertise is strongly preferred.
- Extensive network of industry executives and leaders.
- Consultative sales experience and strong discovery-session skills.
- Ability to translate risk, compliance, technical, and customer-experience challenges into business value.
- Strong research, planning, networking, communication, public-speaking, writing, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Experience managing complex, multi-threaded sales cycles and structuring complex deals.
- Financial acumen and ability to work effectively across a global, matrixed organization.
- Willingness to travel across the UK/EU and internationally as needed.
- Fluency in English.

- Additional European languages, such as Spanish, French, or German.
- Knowledge of UK/EU financial regulations, including FCA, PSD2, AML directives, and UK APP fraud reimbursement rules.
