Responsibilities
- Create new-hire orientation and continuous training programs for records roles
- Define and track performance of the Records Team, in aggregate and individually
- Restructure internal organizations to optimize efficiency and reward top performers
- Design the internal processes and SOPs used daily by the Records Team
- Model internal capacity and margin constraints to meet the demands of new customers and volume
- Build operational improvements (Dashboards, Zapiers, Retool, etc.) to streamline tracking and visibility
- Work with engineering to build new internal products to streamline record retrieval operations
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in startups or high-growth industries
- Strong, analytical mind, informed by data-driven decisions
- Comfortable with ambiguity and starting from scratch
- Technical or technical-adjacent: able to build quick automations, tooling and dashboards, or eager to learn
- Excellent communicator
- Meticulously organized
