Responsibilities
- Build Harvey's Mid-Market sales team in Singapore from zero by recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and developing Account Executives.
- Develop and iterate on a regional sales motion and playbook tailored to APAC mid-market buyers, including territory planning, pipeline generation, and deal execution frameworks.
- Directly manage and coach Account Executives on deal strategy, qualification, negotiation, and closing as a player-coach in the early stages.
- Own forecasting, pipeline management, and quarterly planning for the APAC Mid-Market segment.
- Partner with Customer Success, Legal Engineering, Solutions Architecture, and Marketing to establish Harvey's go-to-market foundation in the region.
- Represent the APAC mid-market customer internally and inform product roadmap and regional strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including at least 2 years in a frontline sales management role; experience in legal technology, enterprise software, or a high-growth startup is preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of building or significantly scaling a sales team in a new market or segment.
- Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments, make decisions with incomplete information, and iterate rapidly.
- Proven coaching and performance-management skills, including developing individual contributors and holding them accountable to high standards.
- Deep familiarity with the APAC legal or professional services market, including buyer personas, procurement dynamics, and regional nuances.
- Analytical mindset and strong business judgment, with the ability to think strategically about territory design, segmentation, and go-to-market priorities.
