Leads partner strategy and a team of partner managers across Southern Europe, driving channel recruitment, joint investments, enablement, pipeline performance, and executive relationships. Requires substantial partner leadership experience, sales ownership, and cloud marketplace expertise.

Responsibilities
- Drive partner strategy across Southern Europe.
- Manage the national operating model, including strategic partner business plans, executive partner ownership, practice building, scaled enablement, scaled marketing programs, and partner-sourced business.
- Lead partner managers responsible for relationships with top Southern European partners.
- Execute and maintain accountability for joint partner investments and attainment.
- Identify, build, and launch pre-sales and post-sales partner opportunities to accelerate access to and adoption of the platform.
- Support enablement activities for partner sellers and technical teams.
- Own escalations and resolve channel conflicts.
- Build and maintain relationships with key partner executives to support long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends and sales best practices to inform strategy and tactics.
- Manage the sales pipeline, forecast sales, and report performance to executive leadership.
- Develop deep knowledge of cloud security solutions and communicate their customer value.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with company goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing and leading partner manager teams at a top SaaS company.
- Proven record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership, management, coaching, and player-coach skills.
- Experience recruiting and onboarding channel partners.
- Experience collaborating with Sales Operations teams in process-oriented environments.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with field sales teams.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Legal right to work in Spain without visa sponsorship.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with cloud service provider marketplaces, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Ability to match partner capabilities to enterprise sales opportunities.
- Master of Business Administration (MBA).
