Government Solutions Architect
Lead GTM strategy and operations for public sector digital asset solutions. Drive government client delivery, RFP responses, and custody framework implementation while partnering with Product, Engineering, and Compliance.

Responsibilities
- Drive growth and operational excellence for public sector business as primary engine
- Serve as strategic advisor to public sector clients, bridging digital asset infrastructure with mission-critical needs of law enforcement, national security, and regulatory agencies
- Lead client delivery and GTM operational excellence; act as face of the brand
- Lead solution design, working alongside Legal, Product, Engineering, and other teams
- Involve other business lines (trading, staking, etc.) to offer clients full platform strength
- Partner with Head of Government Solutions on strategic public sector relationships and market expansion
- Create seamless coordination of government success, strategy, and deployment
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal to align internal delivery
- Maintain feedback loops with Head of Government Solutions to evolve GTM strategy based on implementation insights
- Build trust with senior government officials across Legal, operational, and technical roles
- Represent company with credibility in agency meetings and high-profile forums
- Synthesize complex public sector needs into actionable roadmaps for internal execution
- Partner across product, policy, and GTM functions to represent institutional client interests
- Lead client experience to develop, enhance, and operationalize custody procedures and governance frameworks
Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience, including at least 3 years in crypto or digital assets
- Familiarity with institutional-grade custody solutions
- Program Management experience working with a U.S. federal agency that has launched a digital asset program
- Track record of working across government, law enforcement, and/or regulatory institutions to drive implementation of digital assets strategy, policy, and/or operations
- Experience leading, drafting, and delivering responses to government RFP/RFI submissions
- Direct experience managing and implementing systems for federal or state agencies, particularly involving digital assets or crypto operations
- Demonstrated success in managing and drafting complex RFP/RFI submissions
- Demonstrated experience with institutional-grade reporting, compliance frameworks, and secure integrations in regulated environments
- Intermediate knowledge of crypto custody infrastructure and secure key management
- High-performance orientation with ability to operate independently, navigate ambiguity, and deliver consistently
- Willingness to travel for onsite support to high-priority clients
