Build and deploy production AI applications with Claude directly within strategic enterprise customers, delivering technical artifacts and deployment support. Responsibilities
- Build production applications with Claude models within customer systems, meeting customer requirements.
- Deliver production technical artifacts such as MCP servers, sub-agents, and agent skills.
- Provide white-glove deployment support for Anthropic products in enterprise environments.
- Identify repeatable deployment patterns and share insights with Product and Engineering.
- Maintain knowledge of LLM capabilities, implementation patterns, and AI product development stacks.
- Build long-term customer relationships and identify new AI deployment opportunities throughout engagements.
- Travel 25–50% to customer sites.
- Champion Anthropic’s mission in the field.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role, such as Forward Deployed Engineer or Software Engineer with consulting experience; technical founders are also encouraged to apply.
- Native German speaker with fluent English proficiency.
- Production experience with LLMs, including prompt engineering, agent development, evaluation frameworks, and deployment at scale.
- Strong programming skills in Python; additional experience with TypeScript or Java is ideal.
- Experience shipping production applications.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity in complex organizations and collaborate across teams.
- Strong customer discovery, communication, and technical explanation skills.
- Passion for safe, beneficial AI systems.

- Experience with enterprise IT systems or AI deployment patterns.
