About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue for Regal’s AI Agent platform by closing new business that showcases measurable outcomes and ROI
  • Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, AI-assisted tools, and inbound demand generated with marketing and BDRs
  • Engage senior decision makers (CMO, CRO, CTO) in consultative sales processes tailored to their workflows and objectives
  • Craft and analyze business cases that highlight Regal’s ROI for mid-market buyers
  • Collaborate internally to develop and execute territory plans that ensure consistent pipeline growth
  • Stay current on AI adoption trends, buyer needs, and the competitive landscape to drive effective, consultative conversations

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience with a strong record of meeting or exceeding quota
  • Experience selling to marketing, sales, and technology leaders at mid-sized businesses
  • Knowledge of AI, automation, or conversational platforms strongly preferred
  • Skilled at building and evaluating business cases to communicate ROI and outcomes
  • Comfortable managing consultative sales cycles and educating buyers on emerging technologies
