IT Support Engineer
Provides in-person and remote technical support for employees, vendors, hardware, office technology, SaaS tools, and IT assets. The role requires at least two years of help desk experience and strong knowledge of Apple systems, Atlassian tools, scripting, and endpoint management.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and support for computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Respond to queries in person, by email, Slack, or through a ticketing system.
- Provide in-person IT help desk assistance to employees, contingent workers, and vendors.
- Guide users through troubleshooting processes and follow up to confirm resolution.
- Run diagnostic programs and troubleshoot IT scripts, systems, and automation.
- Support and maintain SaaS tools including Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Jira, and Confluence.
- Troubleshoot company-provided hardware, including macOS, ChromeOS, iOS, and peripherals.
- Provision laptops for new-hire onboarding and fleet upgrades.
- Assist with new-hire onboarding and training.
- Maintain internal and external IT documentation and directed communications.
- Onboard and support third-party vendors and contractors.
- Contribute to global IT offboarding activities.
- Maintain and support office technology, including printers, Zoom Rooms, and room schedulers.
- Manage IT assets and maintain accurate equipment records.
- Set up desks and manage and audit peripherals.
- Promote IT best practices and escalate issues to systems and infrastructure teams.
- Participate in on-call rotations as required.
Requirements
- 2+ years of IT help desk experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Apple systems and software.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Jira, Confluence, or similar cloud tools.
- Strong working knowledge of Atlassian systems, including Jira and Confluence.
- Understanding of script execution and troubleshooting, such as Ruby, Bash, or Python.
- Working knowledge of imaging and endpoint management tools, including DEP, Munki, Chef, and Jamf.
- Ability to independently manage and prioritize workload and projects.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathy, humility, and a strong customer-service focus.
