Solution Engineer | Housing
The Solutions Engineer will support product launches, implementations, demonstrations, and post-launch troubleshooting for housing clients. The role requires 3+ years in SaaS solutions engineering, strong cross-functional communication, and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough discovery sessions with new clients to understand their product area and requirements.
- Represent Support Engineers within the product area, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
- Develop and maintain roadmaps for self-serve launch tools and internal launch settings, including quality assurance processes.
- Provide technical support and guidance to prospects through product demonstrations, presentations, and explanations of complex technical concepts.
- Guide Customer Success Managers through product implementations and partner on training and escalation issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues after launch within the product area.
- Develop in-depth product knowledge to meet client needs and enable comprehensive knowledge transfer and support.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer role at a SaaS company.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% to meet prospective clients.
- Strong understanding of product development and launch processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and product management teams.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and support ticketing systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and support.
- Willingness to work in person at the office 4–5 days per week.

- Salary range: $135,000–$180,000 CAD.
