Responsibilities
- Own the full sales pipeline from prospecting to close.
- Hunt for new business through market research, sales tools, and cold outreach.
- Leverage network and build relationships with channel partners, especially brokers.
- Act as PEO expert and communicate Justworks product value proposition.
- Advocate for customers and suggest product improvements.
- Establish dominant presence in assigned territory (SF/Bay Area, LA, Orange County, San Diego).
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in Account Executive role managing complete consultative sales cycle and closing deals.
- Experience in B2B lead generation in high-velocity settings (SaaS, PEO, Fintech).
- Proficiency with Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo required.
- Outreach.io, Hubspot, 6Sense, Hoovers/D&B a plus.
- Cold-calling experience required.
- Established relationships with Broker & Accountant channel partners.
- Excellent communication, listening, and simplification skills.
- Hunter mentality for new prospects and deals.
- Comfortable in fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
- Occasional travel (25%).
Compensation
Base wage: $105,000 (California). On-Target Earnings (OTE): $255,000 (base + incentives; not guaranteed).
