Responsibilities
- Manage the complete lifecycle of vehicle documentation, including titling, registration, insurance, and financing.
- Research compliance requirements and translate them into the Ekho product.
- Work with DMV offices and lending partners to ensure smooth customer transactions.
- Maintain accurate records and comply with regulatory requirements related to vehicle sales.
- Complete, track, and manage applications for new company licensure.
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in operations involving process automation, compliance research, or administrative support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for handling DMV, licensure, and lending inquiries.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Experience reviewing and handling high volumes of sensitive documentation accurately and discreetly.
- AI fluency, including comfort creating and using AI skills, routines, and workflows to automate manual inputs.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to New York City.
Nice to Have
- Enthusiasm for automotive, powersports, or related vehicle industries.
- Experience in administrative operations or compliance, particularly in the vehicle industry and involving titling, financing and insurance (F&I), sales, or licensure.
- Experience working autonomously in a fast-moving startup environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- $60,000–$75,000 base salary plus early-stage equity.
