Responsibilities
- Schedule, coordinate, and optimize fleet operations across multiple geographies and operational missions.
- Coordinate full shifts involving testing, manual data collection, and shift documentation.
- Translate weekly plans into daily operator assignments; track plan versus actual performance and provide deviation insights.
- Ensure procedures and checklists are followed, with appropriate escalation.
- Publish daily shift reports and handoff notes.
- Support commercial deliveries by interacting with merchants and customers, supporting on-road operations, and escalating issues.
- Troubleshoot technical and software-related issues as the initial escalation point.
- Respond to emergency situations calmly and communicate effectively with field operators.
- Lead workflow optimization, automation, and planning initiatives using operational data.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in resource planning, allocation, optimization, or reporting; fleet management, autonomous driving, or robotics operations experience is preferred.
- Ability to schedule operating times for assigned shifts and work rotating shifts.
- Ability to synthesize operational data and generate insights.
- Comfort using spreadsheets, Data Studio, and Looker.
- Independent problem-solving and issue-resolution skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing schedules.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Nice-to-haves
- 2+ years of experience in resource planning, allocation, and optimization.
- 2+ years of experience in the autonomous vehicle or delivery industry.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
Compensation
- Base pay range: $55,800–$75,390 annually.
- Eligible for an annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits.
