Responsibilities
- Schedule, coordinate, and optimize allocation decisions across fleet operations, missions, and geographies.
- Coordinate full shifts of fleet operations, including testing, manual data collection, and shift documentation.
- Translate weekly plans into daily operator assignments and re-optimize schedules as conditions change.
- Track plan-versus-actual performance and provide insights into deviations.
- Ensure procedures, checklists, and escalation processes are followed consistently.
- Publish daily shift reports and handoff notes.
- Support commercial deliveries by interacting with merchants and customers, supporting on-road operations, and escalating issues.
- Troubleshoot technical and software-related issues as the initial escalation point.
- Respond to emergency situations with composure and communicate effectively with field operators.
- Lead workflow optimization and automation initiatives, including planning insights and process alignment.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in resource planning, allocation, optimization, reporting, or a related area; fleet management, autonomous driving, robot operations, or logistics experience is preferred.
- Ability to implement operating schedules for assigned shifts, including shift rotations.
- Ability to synthesize operational data and generate insights.
- Experience with Google Sheets, Google Data Studio, or Looker.
- Ability to work independently, solve problems, and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility to accommodate changing business needs and schedule changes.
Nice-to-Haves
- 2+ years of experience in resource planning, allocation, and optimization.
- 2+ years of experience in the autonomous-vehicle or delivery industry.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
Compensation
- Base pay range: $55,800–$75,390 annually.
- Eligible for an annual performance bonus, equity, and competitive benefits.
