What You'll Do
Own the Agentic Tools Platform Define, build, and evolve the tool ecosystem that powers ZoomInfo's multi-agent orchestration system. Own the registry of capabilities agents can invoke, the standards for how tools are built, and the governance for how they're deployed. Balance rapid tool development with production reliability.
Architect Integration Strategy Own the integration roadmap expanding agent capabilities through MCP servers, API connections, and partner ecosystems. Determine high-value integrations, negotiate partnerships, and define composable abstraction layers.
Drive Agentic Execution Excellence Partner with ML engineers on tool selection, prompt engineering, and error handling. Own feedback loops to improve the platform based on production signals.
Enable Internal Tool Development Build developer experience including documentation, templates, testing frameworks, and deployment pipelines to accelerate tool development velocity.
Navigate the Agentic Frontier Evaluate innovations like function calling, multi-tool planning, and tool composition. Adopt best practices and contribute learnings.
Orchestrate Cross-Functional Execution Translate between ML, platform engineering, and product teams. Establish prioritization frameworks balancing reliability and expansion.
What You'll Bring
6-15 years of product management experience with 2+ years focused on AI/ML infrastructure, developer platforms, or integration products. Direct experience with production agentic systems where LLMs invoke tools. Hands-on familiarity with agentic frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI) and standards (MCP, function calling). Track record building platform products for engineering teams. Experience with integration architecture—APIs, webhooks, authentication, rate limiting, error handling. History defining product direction in fast-moving technical domains.
