Software Engineer, Full Stack
Early-career full-stack engineer who will ship end-to-end product features, APIs, and interfaces while learning across the codebase and contributing to AI-powered capabilities. Requires strong software fundamentals, frontend or backend experience, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience.

Responsibilities
- Ship full-stack features as part of a 3–5 person Pod using Node.js, React, Golang, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, and AWS.
- Build and maintain APIs and integrate with external services and databases with attention to data integrity and security.
- Build responsive, accessible front-end interfaces.
- Contribute to AI-powered product features and explore AI development tools.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and senior engineers on requirements, design, and user experience.
- Write unit and integration tests.
- Participate in code reviews.
- Share rotating production support responsibilities, including on-call and bug triage.
- Ramp up on unfamiliar code using documentation, AI tooling, and team support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience through projects, internships, or bootcamps.
- Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and systems.
- Comfort with both frontend and backend development, or a strong foundation in one and interest in learning the other.
- Hands-on experience with modern AI developer tools such as Cursor or Claude Code, or strong interest in developing proficiency with them.
- Ownership, initiative, curiosity, and willingness to work in ambiguous problem spaces.
Nice to Have
- Personal projects or coursework involving AI or machine-learning features.
- Experience with third-party AI APIs or frameworks such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or LangChain.
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone.
- GitHub projects, open-source contributions, or other evidence of software development curiosity.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary: $90,000–$115,000.
