Responsibilities
- Work with internal engineering, construction, and operations teams to identify and build software tools that accelerate deployment of mineral processing facilities.
- Build data integrations with engineering and construction tools, including Autodesk.
- Develop web experiences and applications for internal teams and partners to improve capital project delivery.
- Evaluate software in the engineering and construction ecosystem.
- Collaborate with machine learning engineers to implement LLM-powered experiences.
- Assist with data architecture for pipelines supporting ML model training and operational visibility.
Requirements
- 1.5+ years of professional software engineering experience preferred.
- Ability to work directly with non-software stakeholders to identify needs, scope features, and drive implementation.
- Self-starter mindset and ability to bring clarity to ambiguous situations.
- Ability to work across the full stack, including server deployment and front-end development, or demonstrated proficiency in one area with willingness to expand.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience integrating engineering or construction software.
- Experience with LLM-powered applications, unstructured data ingestion, or machine learning data pipelines.
Compensation
- Annual salary range: $80,000–$160,000.
